I had the fortune of a successful career in higher education and corporate learning where writing skills, backed by a natural talent for both needs assessment and learning design were front and center. I have always brought a great deal of empathy to my work, and the ability to listen and understand the issues at hand resulted in stronger deliverables for our clients.

Rewriting Paradigms is my writing consultancy and personal forum for addressing the changing paradigms that have broken our society and impacted the climate and the lives of children, women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ friends. 

 

I write about these issues because I believe the written word itself can help foster change. Many of the stories that I write appear in Medium, where I've been interacting with an amazing community of like-minded and differently minded writers.
